The Ponteins family pursues its disengagement of the aquatic activities, in which it is immersed for several decades. The first phase of this withdrawal had taken place in 2013, with the partial transfer of the Group Thermal baths Adour to Naxicap Partners. A perimeter (renamed Arenadour after its fusion with the Thermes des Arènes) which belongs since May, 2018 to Yves Journel, the founder of DomusVi. The second phase of the disengagement is translated by the today’s sale of all of the parts of the family Ponteins in Calicéo, a group of aquatic fitness centers which it established in 1996. The e-storekeeper of the group Casino had idicated being interested in campsites during the announcement, in mid-May, of its deployment in travelling and tourism by means of Mister Fly.
